PEACEMAX TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS
OUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE
From the truck that carries the load to the place it is stored, parked, or distributed: our expansion plans build on the transportation business at our core.
Explore the proposed facilities, the business model behind each, and the role each could play in PEACEMAX’s future. All facilities and rental services shown below are planned; opening dates, locations, rates, and availability will be announced when confirmed.
Connect the arriving truck to the next delivery.

PEACEMAX plans to develop distribution centers that receive freight, organize outbound orders, and coordinate the next leg of the journey. The aim is to give customers a connected transportation and distribution service.
Earn service fees for receiving, cross-docking, order preparation, and outbound handling, with transportation quoted separately or as part of an agreed logistics service.
Distribution is a natural next step from trucking: it creates a place to coordinate freight between suppliers, customers, and delivery routes. The opportunity will be assessed against local demand, customer commitments, and operating costs.
Our transportation business would bring freight in and move it out, helping align dock schedules, load planning, and regional delivery.
A secure place for inventory between moves.

The planned storage business would provide organized space for palletized goods and inventory, supported by controlled access, inventory records, and scheduled receiving and release.
Charge for occupied storage space or pallet positions over an agreed period, plus receiving, handling, picking, and dispatch services where required.
Customers may need storage between production and delivery, or additional space during seasonal peaks. PEACEMAX would evaluate utilization, handling requirements, and customer demand before committing to a facility.
Storage would extend our role beyond a single shipment, allowing freight collection, holding, and delivery to be coordinated through one logistics relationship.
A safer place to park. Support when it is needed.

PEACEMAX plans to own and operate truck and trailer parking yards where drivers and fleets can pay an affordable fee for a designated parking space. The proposed facilities include gated access, perimeter fencing, lighting, 24/7 security monitoring, and an on-site mechanic shop.
Offer paid daily, weekly, and monthly parking for tractors, trailers, or combinations. Mechanic and maintenance services would be priced separately. Rates and opening dates will be announced when a site is ready.
The aim is to serve drivers needing dependable parking and fleets needing organized staging space. Site selection will consider freight routes, local demand, access, security staffing, and operating costs.
The yards would support PEACEMAX dispatch, trailer staging, and equipment readiness while also welcoming independent drivers and other fleets.
Long-term ownership. A broader foundation for growth.

Our real-estate direction includes owning warehouses, logistics properties, and apartment buildings. Industrial properties would support freight operations or be leased to occupiers; apartments would form a separate residential rental business.
Develop or acquire suitable properties for operating use and rental income. Warehouse leases and residential tenancies would have their own management, terms, and maintenance responsibilities.
Property ownership could provide control over key operating locations and diversify the company’s sources of revenue. Each opportunity will depend on financing, local planning requirements, occupancy prospects, and careful operating assessment.
Warehouse ownership connects directly to distribution and storage. Apartment ownership broadens the enterprise and may serve communities near employment centers, without being presented as a freight service.
Flexible access to equipment that keeps business moving.

PEACEMAX plans to develop a truck rental service for qualified drivers and businesses that need temporary or recurring access to commercial vehicles. Fleet types and availability will be confirmed as the division develops.
Generate rental income through agreed short-term or longer-term rental periods. Vehicle eligibility, insurance, deposits, maintenance responsibilities, mileage, and permitted use would be clearly defined in each rental agreement.
Rental capacity could help customers manage peak workloads, replacement needs, or new contracts. PEACEMAX would evaluate acquisition costs, maintenance capacity, utilization, and customer demand before launch.
The rental business would build on trucking experience and could share maintenance resources with the planned parking yards and mechanic shops.
